Welcome 3rd Grade Students & Learning Coaches!
I am your teacher, Mrs. Z! My last name, Zehner is pronounced (zay-ner).
I taught at a public school last year in Oregon, and I have taught environmental/outdoor education for the last 10 years around the West! I went to college at Boise State University for my undergrad and Prescott College for my Master of Education.
Making Learning Engaging
My favorite thing about teaching is connecting students to their goals through something they're passionate about. For example, we can learn things through themes like animal, or Pokémon, Barbie etc.! Because to me, more fun = more learning.
What I do for Fun
I live in McMinnville, Oregon with my two cute doggies, and my husband Ryan. We love to hike, travel and play video games. I love to make art, I love animals, all things about earth, and I love table top gaming too. ​
